WHAT IS IT?
Smart homes are those properties that take care of (almost!) everything while you're busy doing the things you love the most; A smart house, like an orchestra conductor, guides all the different aspects within a household, such as heating, access control, multi-room audio, shading, and lighting without the user having to handle them, leaving you with peace of mind.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
As a holiday accommodation, a Smart home is just pure fun; have showers dancing with your favourite music with integrated speakers in the bathroom under the mood lights, or watch the latest movies on the automated projector screen in the living room. Forget switches and the fear of losing the house key with the smart key code by the door.
WHERE IS IT?
The Smart 27 boasts a superb location, within only 100 metres to the entrance of the York Racecourse, making it the closest accommodation to the venue.
A short walk will get you to the most popular Bishopthorpe "Bishy" road, which won the GB High Street competition in 2015. Indulge yourself at some of the many independent shops and cafés, and keep an eye for events and festivals that are always happening in the area.
From Bishopthorpe road, a ten minutes stroll will get you to the city centre. As easy as that.

The Smart 27 sits in the quiet and peaceful Southbank area, just over a mile from the city centre.
Southbank is one of the most sought after locations in York, surrounded by nice parks and well connected to the City and the ring road.
